QGP Meet 2012, 5th one in this series, will be held during 3-6 July 2012 in the campus of Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre (VECC), Kolkata, India. The workshop will focus on recent experimental results from RHIC & LHC along with theoretical developments in the field of Quark Gluon Plasma (QGP) and its connection with the early Universe. Future prospects at FAIR and other facilities will also be discussed. Following broad topics are planned to be covered:
