The workshop shall focus on the theory and practical aspects of the following: • Basics of Vacuum Science • Production of Low, High and Ultrahigh Vacuum • Measurement of Low, High and Ultrahigh Vacuum • Leak Detection Techniques • Materials and Fabrication Techniques • Application of Accelerators • Practical problems and troubleshooting in Vacuum System The workshop shall contain lectures as well as hands on experiments.
