Submit your abstract for oral/poster presentation by September 1, 2014

Subject categories include, but are not limited to:

• Nanomaterials 

• Surface & Interface

• Multifunctional Materials 

• Irradiation Effects in materials


Abstract Formatting:

Abstracts are limited to one page ONLY.

Abstracts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. Use Times New Roman 12 point fonts, with the title in 16 point. The title and author list with affiliation should be centered, while the paragraphs of the abstract should be justified. You may include figures with captions. Add necessary references at the bottom with 10 point fonts. Please underline the presenting author's name and provide e-mail & contact number.

Please note that abstracts submitted in the proper format only will be considered for further review. Accepted abstracts will be presented as posters and a few will be selected for the oral presentations. Each participant can send one abstract only. However, one can be a co-author of more than one abstract.


Acceptance of the abstracts will be communicated by
September 10, 2014.
