The poster session is an essential and integral part of the SACITiL-2014. Posters are not only a good substitute of the oral presentations but also provide a good opportunity for direct face-to- face interaction between the presenter and the viewer.

Instruction for Poster Display

·         The poster format is  A0 (Portrait). Participants are required to bring with them an A0 (Portrait) printed copy of their poster as no poster printers will be available at the seminar venue and also required to upload the Portable Document Format (PDF) file through Indico File upload option.

PP

·         The programme code of the poster will be displayed on the poster frame. Participants are requested to mount their poster as per the programme code arranged by the organiser.

·         If participants want to get back their posters after their respective poster session, they should adhere to the timings as per the programme and remove it immediately after the allotted time given to display the poster. The organizers will have no liability of the custody of the posters beyond the stipulated timings.
