Organizers of ICPAQGP2010 have received offers on room-rates from a few selected hotels near the venue of the conference. To avail these rates, please mention "ICPAQGP2010-delegate" at the time of booking the room. However, choice and responsibility of booking / reservation of accommodation in any of the selected hotels or elsewhere lies with the individual. On conference days, transport will be arranged between the venue and nereby hotels only. After booking, please inform the Convener at [email protected] with "Accommodation" as subject of the mail, for our record.

Rates quoted in the following table are the rates being offered by respective hotels for the conference participants. Present rate of tax on room-rents in Goa: 5% for room-rent less than Rs.2500, 8% for room-rent between Rs.2501 and Rs.5000, 10% for room-rent above Rs.5000.

For all other terms and conditions, including cancellation policy, please follow those of the respective hotels.
