 Payment of Registration Fee

The registration fee covers Conference Material, Conference proceeding, Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, Tea/Coffee and Lunches on Conference days.

The registration fee for accompanying persons covers Conference Reception and Conference Dinner, Tea/Coffee and Lunches on conference days.

 

Some of the funding agencies of the Government of India have provided support to subsidize the registration fee of participants from India. 

The subsidized registration fees for Indian participants are:

Registration gets confirmed only after completion of payment formalities.

Late Registration fee will be applicable.

  

 Cancellation Policy:

  • For requests received up to 15/01/2015, full refund will be made subject to deduction of INR 1000/- as handling charge.
  • No refund requests will be entertained after 15/01/2015.
