The registration fee covers Conference Material, Conference proceeding, Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, Tea/Coffee and Lunches on Conference days.
The registration fee for accompanying persons covers Conference Reception and Conference Dinner, Tea/Coffee and Lunches on conference days.
Some of the funding agencies of the Government of India have provided support to subsidize the registration fee of participants from India.

Cancellation Policy:
- For requests received up to 15/01/2015, full refund will be made subject to deduction of INR 1000/- as handling charge.
- No refund requests will be entertained after 15/01/2015.
